15 Tips On How To Build Links

As everyone is aware, building links will not only drive more traffic to your site it will also increase your Google page rank and Technorati Authority. Both of which are important factors in determining your sites worth. The questions is how do I go about doing this. There are varied ways to accomplish this, some quite simple, some a bit more effort, but all on this list can and will build links. You should take time every day to work on your link building.
15 Tips On How To Build Links 1. Content - This can’t be stressed enough. Unique, interesting, and useful content will get you tons of links. No work for you aside from writing a post people want to read. 2. Free - Give away something free. People will put links in their site referring yours about the free stuff you are giving away. We all love free stuff. 3. Amazon - Is your blog about products? Write a review on Amazon with a link back to your site. Write something to the effect “you can learn more about this product here”. 4. Controversy - This can work for some. Your bound to have a great debate and people will link to you whether they agree or not. 5. E-Book - This goes along with giving free stuff but deserves it’s own mention. Many have great success with this. And it’s not quite as difficult as you may think. 6. Contest - Organize a contest. Not only will this build links but also drive traffic to your site as well. Ask people to link to you to be entered into the contest. Make it worth their while though. 7. Reprint - Let others use your content on their site with a link back to yours. At first you may feel that all that hard work, to just give it away? You will benefit from it in multiple ways. You don’t have to give it all away either, just a few posts here and there. 8. Share Content - You could go a step farther if #7 is not to your liking and swap content along with link back. That gives you an extra, no work, post to use along with a link. Also a blogging friend. 9. Join A Group - There are countless groups to join to trade links with. You can quickly build up some great links and some long term visitors. 10. Comment - Part of an everyday activity for a blogger is to comment. Climb on to the top commentator list. This will provide you with a link. 11. Guest Blog - Write for another blog in exchange for a link back. This is a bit more work but can go towards building your sites visibility and increase traffic flow. 12. Pay It Forward - Be the nice guy or gal and give out lots of links. Others may take notice and share the wealth back on to you. 13. Themes - It you know your CSS you can create themes and with much success build links left and right. You need the know how but just doing one you can benefit from greatly. 14. Sponsor - Don’t know how to create a theme? Don’t need to, sponsor one. Basically just as good aside from having to pay to be a sponsor. 15. Use A Free Blog - Start a blog on Blogger or Wordpress.com and link back to your main site.
